"Poor communication, wont fix mistakes they cause. Corporate statefarm is no help, they reinforce their mistakes and wont fix them. Then i keep my medical policy just becsuse its cheap. Finally get to submit a claim, but ooos! When its time to pay out The check never arrives to my home. Then i get told the office manager will drop the check off to me. I was told that over 2 weeks ago and nobody has called or reached out to meet.(its worth noting that this claim was from February and was supposedly paid out and check mailed out in February) I call for the manager and they arent available to speak. So now im trying my luck with google reveiws. Everyone know corporations care more about google reviews than actual customer experience"
